Zotac Intros Its Own Version of GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost Adapter

Zotac International introduces its own version of recently launched reference adapter GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost from Nvidia. As distinct from the reference model, graphics card from Zotac (codename ZT-6120-10M) is a bit overclocked, enjoys an enforced cooling system with a voluminous heatsink and a pair of large fans.



Similarly to the original, Zotac GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost is equipped with Nvidia GPU Boost technology that empowers dynamic overclocking and, as a result, dramatically improves the card’s performance. In addition, this option automatically identifies when GPU is physically able to heighten the frequencies and ‘wring out’ the maximal efficiency from it.

MSI Announces an Optimized Radeon HD 7750 Graphics Card

A new graphics card based on Radeon HD 7750 adapter is going to replenish the line of products developed by MSI. Codenamed MSI Radeon HD 7750 (R7750-1GD/OC), the card is based on AMD Cape Verde Pro GPU. Its nominal clock frequency has been increased from 800MHz to 830MHz index. The model accommodates 1GB of GDDR5 memory with 128-bit interface; its nominal frequency equals to 1125MHz, while its effective clock frequency equals to 4500MHz.

Next year TSMC will start manufacturing the first 20nm chips

The Taiwanese company TSMC confirmed its intention to start production of chips using 20 nm technological processes in 2013. However, for now the company does not plan its production on an industrial scale and will release the first chips in a limited quantities, giving them a total of 1% of production capacity. According to the head of the company, the mass production of semiconductor chips with this technology will not begin until 2014.



Meanwhile TSMC Company is going to produce only one version of the chip, which will be able to enter into the wide range of devices, from smart phones with low-power to high-performance graphics cards.
