Meet Coolbay TX Casing from Nox

The segment of Mid-Tower casings has just replenished with a new product from Nox manufacturers – Coolbay TX. This model is primarily oriented on customers who put design, layout and performance in the foreground, and who appreciate the possibilities of ‘individual arrangement’ pertained to separate components. The latter concerns mostly the nominal delivery set which is void of fans. Each customer is able to install up to six fans manually and monitor their work (the fans rotation speed) by means of the integrated controller.

Nox Coolbay TX casing is made of steel and goes in black color. Its weight reaches up 9.5 kg which is considered to be quite a lot for the casings developed in Mid-Tower form factor. The casing is equipped with a metallic array, a large transparent window on the side plate, and a handled blue LED. The top plate accommodates an integrated dock-station for a single 3.5 inch or 2.5 inch drive. Coolbay TX stipulated the availability of removable filters: two filters in the clipboard, in the bottom and top sectors. In addition, Coolbay TX can boast the integrated card reader with the support of MMC, MS and SD formats.

The casing is compatible with motherboards developed in ATX and micro-ATX architecture. It has got seven expansion slots, a single 3.5 inch and three 5.25 inch external bays. It is able to support graphics cards of 420 mm dimensions.

To continue, Nox Coolbay TX allows the customers to employ the liquid cooling systems due to the stipulated apertures for the dedicated hoses in the back plate. The set of interfaces is presented by a couple of USB 2.0 ports, two USB 3.0 ports, and plugs for headset with a microphone connection.
