Gainward GameSoul GeForce GTX 1080/1070 Graphics Cards Got the Factory Overclocking

GeForce GTX 1080 and GeForce GTX 1070 GameSoul series graphics accelerators by Gainward are ready for release. These products are meant for powerful game-playing machines and VR systems.

Graphics cards are based on the 16 nm NVIDIA GP104 chip with Pascal architecture. The GeForce GTX 1080 model has 2,560 streaming processors, 160 TMU and 64 ROP. The card features 8 GB of GDDR5X memory with a 256-bit bus.

In its turn, GeForce GTX 1070 comprises 1,920 streaming processors, 120 TMU and 64 ROP. The volume of the GDDR5 memory with a 256- bit bus equals to 8 GB.

Both novelties possess the factory overclocking. The GeForce GTX 1080 chip core base clock is raised from 1,607 MHz to 1,733 MHz, the augmented frequency — from 1,733 MHz to 1,873 MHz. The GeForce GTX 1070 version frequencies boosted from 1,506 MHz to 1,620 MHz and from 1,683 MHz to 1,822 MHz.

The cooling system includes three 100 mm fans. Backlighting is anticipated as well. Monitors can be connected through …

Meet the Most High-Powered Server GPUs from AMD

AMD has just released two new graphic processing units intended for solid server systems: AMD FirePro S7000 and S9000 models. According to the claimed specifications, both models are the most high-powered server GPUs currently available in the market. Their major destination is the application in different fields, including multimedia content editing and CAD. S7000 and S9000 can be used as graphics solutions in the complement of large data-centers and within the infrastructure of virtual desktops.

Both units are developed on an advanced Graphics Core Next architecture and support progressive brand technologies, like ZeroCore Power and PowerTune. Those technologies are called to reduce power consumption by almost 95% in idle mode. In addition, those GPUs support virtualization technologies designed by Microsoft, VMware, and some other developers. Both products are equipped with passive cooling system. High level of operating speed makes the models applicable in the most …

The Komodo NV-LE GTX Titan X VGA Waterblock from Swiftech

The Swiftech Company has released the Komodo NV-LE GTX Titan X VGA waterblock. This unit is constructed for the Titan X video card. The rear plate is anodized. The RGB ALED lighting can be managed during runtime with the help of the controller. This useful device lets users easily change the lighting colour by pushing a button. A useful PWM signal extension cable is added.

An elegant Komodo NV-LE GTX Titan X VGA waterblock represents the «Luxury Edition» VGA water units line. Its RGB ALED lighting system works with all Swiftech's X2 series CPU coolers. The supply kit contains all components, needed to enable the lighting system. A PWM signal extension cable helps control a level of noise and a process of cooling in systems with discrete video graphics array cooling loops.

The cooling system is designed to provide cooling of such important components as memory, GPU, power MOS transistors and other power units enumerated in NVidia's Thermal Solutions Design Guide. At the …
