Nvidia Sums Up Financial Benefits for the Second Quarter of 2012

Nvidia, a global developer of processors and graphics solutions for PCs, laptops and mobile devices, has presented an official report of the company's benefits for the second quarter of the current year. Upon the whole, the company witnessed the increase of revenue and creation of the solid background for further profits.

According to the company's report, the enlargement of sales in tablets and cellular devices segment gave the push for the continual revenue. The demand for those devices rises each day and the volume of sales increases correspondingly. In particular, Nvidia recorded the maximal sales volume of Tegra processors. Moreover, the development and production of graphics solutions based on Kepler architecture allowed the company to feel the stability despite the fluctuations in the IT market.

Benefit estimations have been accomplished due to the implementation of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Therefore, the total volume of benefits for the second quarter equals to $1044 millions, while the volume of operational expenditure approximates $401 millions. The company managed to augment the profits twofold due to the applied policy and ever growing demand for the production line.

Additionally, the company's representatives shared their hopes for the rise of profits in the third quarter. Relying on the preliminary estimations, the company's total revenue will rise up to $1.25 billion, while the volume of operational spending will reach $390 millions.
