Asus to Release MG248Q Gaming Monitor

Asus keeps on expanding its lineup of gaming monitors. This time the manufacturer introduces a 24-inch MG248Q display, based on TN panel. The latter features 16:9 aspect ratio & supports Full HD resolution (1920x1080).The new-comer is characterized by a sleek design, an ergonomic stand with several adjustment options (height, swivel, pivot) and by the possibility to employ VESA bracket for wall mounting.

The integrated within Asus MG248Q panel offers lighting-speed response time – 1 ms. The support for AMD FreeSync technology allows the monitor to dynamically change the refresh rate from 40 Hz to 144 Hz on different conditions. The model is compatible with Nvidia 3D Vision 2 kit; this provides for an overwhelming immersion into 3D gaming world.

The MG248Q accommodates three video ports: HDMI, DisplayPort & DVI-D. The greenhorn is furnished with two inbuilt speakers (4 W). It is able to display up to 16.7 million colors at the maximal brightness of 350 cd/m2 and dynamic contrast of 100M:1.

Similar to other modern solutions, this monitor supports a range of advanced technologies: VividPixel, GameVisual, GamePlus, Flicker Free, Skin-Tone Selection, Trace Free, Color Temperature Selection, and Low Blue Light.
