Lexar Announces Memory Cards of Professional 400x SDXC UHS-I Series

Memory cards of SDXC (Secure Digital Extended Capacity) standard are a new solution in the market. Lexar took challenge to become a pioneer in the integration of this standard into their products and announced the released of a new Professional 400x SDCX UHS-I model. This memory card belongs to the high-speed products. It is called to satisfy the needs of professional photographers and just enthusiasts, longing to receive the highest Full HD video or photo shots.

According to the preliminary specifications, memory cards Professional 400x SDCX UHS-I correspond to SD 3.0 standards and are designed under UHS-I technology. They will be delivered in 256 GB volume capacities. The claimed maximal data reading speed approximates 60 Mb/sec.

Professional 400x SDCX UHS-I is based of NAND chips manufactured under 20 nm technological process by Micron; their capacities equal to 128 Gbit. The development of these memory cards involved only progressive tools, such as the creation of multi-layer chips and low-profile software.

To continue, the nominal delivery kit contains brand software, codenamed Image Rescue 4.
