Meet a New 32” BL3200PT Monitor from BenQ

BenQ is about to introduce in the European market its newest PC monitor with WQHD resolution. Entitled BL3200PT, this 32-inch model is targeting professional users with exacting demands. The monitor features a sleek design, a slim frame, and an unusual stand that resembles a flat spring fixed to the base by a screw. The recommended by the manufacturer price will fluctuate within the measures of 600 EUR.

BenQ BL3200PT is based on VA panel, accompanied by LED backlit. It offers 2560x1440 pixels resolution, 16:9 aspect ratio, 4 ms response time (GtG) and 12 ms response time (BwB), 100% sRGB color gamut, 300 cd/m2 brightness, as well as the widest viewing angles: 178 degrees in both, vertical and horizontal aspects. Besides, the monitor ensures 3000:1 static contrast and some 12M:1 dynamic one.

To proceed with the specifications, the new-comer complies with the majority of international standards, including Energy Star 5.2, TCO 6.0 and EPEAT Silver. In keeping with the data, it consumes up to 97 W power on the most exacting conditions.

The monitor comes with two inbuilt 3 W speakers that are responsible for the production of a pure sound. Video connectivity is introduced by VGA, HDMI, DisplayPort, and DVI ports, whereas external devices might be enabled via four USB ports (2x 2.0 and 2x 3.0). The connection with headphones or other audio peripherals is realized via two 3.5 mm mini-jacks.
The incorporated into the monitor stand offers various display positions, due to the possibility of rotation, tilting, height adjustment, as well as switching to Pivot mode. Furthermore, the availability of a dedicated Eye-Protect Sensor promotes for an automatic adjustment of display brightness depending on the illumination intensity in the room. Eco sensor automatically enables standby mode when the user leaves his workplace.

Finally, BenQ BL3200PT is thought to support Smart Reminder technology. It reminds the users every 20/40/60/100 minutes about the necessity to make a recess in order to alleviate eye-strain.
