Xigmatek is on the Threshold to Release a New Gaming Chassis

Xigmatek is preparing a pleasant surprise for all gamers: a new unusual PC chassis, codenamed Talon. Talon will head the company's brand new chassis line – Stealth Series – and will offer some outstanding solutions. Xigmatek developers are ascertained that this model will totally satisfy the needs of any gamer, due to the availability of game-like facilities and racy design.

Xigmatek Talon is developed in Mid-Tower form-factor, according to the classical design guidelines with a light hint of aggression. The frontal panel features a salient surface to mark its particular gaming predestination. One of the side panels contains an acrylic window that serves a kind of exhibition stand, unveiling all internal components. The top lid, along with a frontal panel, is finished by a rubbered coverage with 'soft-touch' effect. Metallic plates of chassis are painted black. The top panel accommodates a couple of USB 3.0 ports and some other input/output interfaces.

The new chassis will be able to house the motherboards of ATX, mini-ATX and micro-ATX standard. Internal space within the casing will be sufficient to accommodate graphics cards of up to 330 mm in PCB length. The chassis is equipped with three slots for the installation of 5.25-inch drives and eight slots for 3.5-inch drives, five of which are compatible with 2.5-inch memory storage devices. This model is distinguished by a well-considered cable management system where all cables are hidden over the motherboard.

To continue, Talon is characterized by bottom part PSU localization. Cooling system consists of two pre-installed fans: 200 mm frontal and 140 mm rear fan. The first one is accountable for the HDD bay cooling, while the second one provides outlet activity.

Nevertheless, Xigmatek decided to amaze all potential customers by implementing quite extraordinary bottom panel. Instead of traditional rubbered or plastic stems, the manufacturer applied a plastic base, the height of which is uneven in the frontal and rear parts. This way, the whole framework is sloping at ten degrees. Under the company's original idea, such solution will dramatically improve the heat dissipation activity.
