For a better efficiency, it requires a rather mighty PSU (not less than 600 W); the connection to the power supply is organized via two 8-pin PCI Express connectors.
Evga GTX 980 Ti Classified ACX 2.0+ is differentiated by an enforced power supply subsystem that consists of 14+3 phases. The list of other peculiarities includes the availability of dual VGA BIOS chips and the integration of an advanced ACX 2.0+ cooler. It boasts a copper nickel-plated base, a pair of independent heatsink sections (63 + 54 aluminum fins), four 8 mm heatpipes, one 6 mm heatpipe, and a couple of fans.
