Dell Precision R5500: a New Multi-user Solution

Dell has taken a decisive step into the enlargement of its customer virtualization solutions and presented a new multi-user rack-mount workstation for the remote access Precision R5500. The new workstation is intended for customers who got used to employ 3D technologies in medicine, media, software development, engineering and research fields, and who require the support of several users simultaneously on a single workstation. This is the first certified Citrix solution for the triggering in multi-GPU mode with 4 graphics adaptors and Citrix software XenServer6.



The access to the efficient and high-end workstations Precision R5500 can be realized by means of devices with the integrated Citrix Receiver. Those devices include PCs, laptops, mobile devices and other gadgets. Abee Unveils a Pair of High-End Small-Sized PC Chassis

Abee, a company that earned popularity thanks to its high-end and unusual in design PC cases, is going to launch a pair of new top chassis, codenamed ACubic CP330 and Acubic CP730. Both models are distinguished by small-sized dimensions and by a truly high price. In this respect, Abee is going to beat Lian Li that is known for its rather costly casing solutions.



The developer houses its two new products in aluminum cases that are peculiar for their original design, with the combination of black and silver tints on the frontal panel to somehow resemble a chessboard. Design and Integration


NAS QNAP TS-469 Pro is based on a steel frame. The casing is made of dark aluminum, while the frontal panel is made of black plastic. The larger part of this panel features a bay for the HDD installation; HDD bay consists of metallic frames and external plastic straps. Right above the bay there is a block of two-array indicators, two control panels and eight LED lights signifying the work of each hard drive, general device status, network connection, USB connection, and eSATA connection.
