Patriot Memory, a leading American supplier of solid-state drives and memory modules, introduces a new external wireless HDD. Sapphire Outs Nitro Series of Gaming Videocards

Sapphire is about to launch a new series of gaming graphics cards, entitled Nitro. The family counts three models: Nitro R7 370 4G D5, Nitro R9 380 4G D5 and Nitro R9 390 8G D5. Since the models take different GPUs as the basis, they are targeted diverse market segments, taking into account as budget-oriented gamers so spendthrift enthusiasts.

Sapphire Nitro videocards are distinguished by two major features. First of all, they employ a top-notch hardware base consisting of solid-state capacitors and Black Diamond ferrite chokes. Second of all, their cooling system boasts the implementation of a molten heatsink, supplemented by a new coating framework and a kit of fans, based on dual ball-bearings. Lian Li PC-V650 - aluminum chassis for a PC with a side mounted power supply

The company Lian Li announced the launch of a new computer case — PC-V650. New made is entirely made of aluminum and is designed to fit motherboard ATX and Micro-ATX, but because of non-standard side location of the power supply, it is lower than most peers.

Power supply (maximum length is limited to 230 mm) is mounted in the lower right side of the case — exactly opposite of expansion cards. In terms of composition and temperature regime the model is controversial, but it allows reducing the height. On the other hand, the case has turned out quite wide. In general, new dimensions can be expressed by the formula 427 x 251 x 360 mm, provided with seven slots for expansion cards.

Lian Li PC-V650 allows setting a standard size 5.25 ODD and eleven drives: seven 3.5-inch and four 2.5 inch. Bottom basket for hard drive is made removable: if to take it out, there is the possibility to use graphic card up to 370 mm. Regarding the maximum height of CPU cooler, it is 120 mm.
