New X99 Gaming 5P Mainboard from Gigabyte

Good news for inveterate gamers: Gigabyte launches a new enthusiast-level motherboard, entitled X99 Gaming 5P. The E-ATX greenhorn is designed in a traditional black-and-red color gamut, accompanied with hand-picked hardware elements, including solid-state capacitors Durable Black, server-type chokes etc. Moreover, its key peculiarity is an advanced monitoring system that allows controlling basic parameters (i.e. overclocking, clock frequencies).

Gigabyte X99 Gaming 5P is developed on Intel X99 chipset, ready to house Haswell-E LGA2011-3 processors with the ultimate TDP level of 130-140 W. The VRM subsystem entails 6-phases, 24-pin ATX and 8-pin EPS connectors. The model boasts eight slots for the latest DDR4-2800 MHz memory kits (up to 64 GB); there is a possibility to install RDIMM modules as well. Foxconn Introduces Two Motherboards on Intel NM70 Chipset

Foxconn is proud to introduce a pair of new mini-ITX motherboards, developed on Intel NM70 chipset. Entitled D70S-P and D70S-PD, this couple is intended for the incorporation into small-sized, power-saving and low-noise PCs, workstations, network and multimedia stations. Both new-comers are initially equipped with two-core Intel Celeron U1037 CPUs (Ivy Bridge generation). They operate at 1.8 GHz and consume 17 W only.

Foxconn D70S-P and D70S-PD feature an integrated Intel HD Graphics core that ensures smooth and quality imaging on movie watching (support for Full HD resolutions), game playing (with average demands), Internet surfing, and work with various applications. Cooling of all crucial components, including the key computing block, is secured by means of an aluminum heatsink with an onboard low-profile fan. Thecus Showcases N7710-G and N8810U-G NAS Models

Thecus has gladdened all PC enthusiasts by announcing two new NAS servers, codenamed N7710-G and N8810U-G. Both models are a combination of high efficiency, well-tried network platform for SMB, high-quality hardware base, and appropriate support software. The manufacturer promises to make them available in late March at the price tag of $1335 for the first model and $2400 for the second one.

The N7710-G and N8810U-G are equipped with a powerful Intel Pentium G850 processor, as well as with dedicated network modules that support 10GbE technology. The latter ensures 10 times faster transfer speeds than usual gigabit connection does.
