Lenovo ThinkPad LT3053p: Monitor with a Protection Shell

Lenovo is going to launch an unusual PC monitor, codenamed ThinkPad LT3053p. It wouldn’t be so unusual if it had standard construction, but the manufacturer decided to equip the case with a dedicated protection shell. This shell protects the screen from third-party light engines which can deteriorate or distort the imaging. Thus, the product is to catch fancy of professional users who require accurate imaging and color rendering.

ThinkPad LT3053p is a 30-inch display with 2560x1600 pixels resolution. The monitor is based on AH-IPS array type that ensures all outstanding viewing facilities: the maximal number of displayed colors – 1.07 billion, response time – 6 ms, viewing angles – 178/178 both across and down, the maximal brightness level – 350 cd/m2, static contrast – 1000:1. Graphics Card MSI R7870 Hawk Review

MSI, a large-scale manufacturer of computer hardware and consumer electronics, has introduced its new lineup of graphics cards, codenamed R7870 Hawk. Asus is known for designing not only gaming or enthusiast solutions. Its portfolio is rich in products, intended for average users. The 19.5-inch monitor, entitled VA209N, belongs to this echelon. It is positioned as an office device, due to the thick frames and a run-of-the-mill stand (angle of gradient is the only adjustment option). Featuring 454.6x376.3x189.6 mm dimensions, the model fits any environment.

Asus VA209N is based on IPS panel which boasts 1440x900 resolution & 16:10 aspect ratio.
