Dual-Range Wi-Fi Router Netgear WNDR4000 Review

Wireless Wi-Fi modules have become frequenters in home-based and corporate networks. With the augmentation of devices which require Internet connection the need for a solid router goes to the limelight. PCs, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and other devices can nowadays be found in the majority of homes, and only high-quality router is able to solve all network issues. Netgear has recently introduced a dual-range Wi-Fi router, codenamed WNDR4000, that is ready to cope with a bunch of devices. It supports Ethernet gigabit and 750 Mb Wi-Fi N.



Design and Layout


Router Netgear WNDR4000 has got quite attractive design. The casing is black, glossy and void of any sharp edges; the framework is chamfered and all the lines are smooth. Radeon HD 7990: postponed, can not be executed

Nvidia's half hearted established the supply of dual-chipset videoadapter GeForce GTX 690. In turn, the competing Radeon HD 7990 is seriously delayed, although previously the release for late July was planned.



According to new information, AMD will officially unveil the video card, code-named New Zealand in the second half of August. Non-reference Radeon HD 7970 X2 from HIS, PowerColor and other AMD exclusive partners will debut, apparently, even later.


Most likely, Radeon HD 7990 will be announced at the annual exhibition Gamescom (Cologne) 16 to August 19. This is one of the few Premier Advanced Micro Devices, which will take place on the European continent: usually the company prefers to organize similar events in their home countries or in countries in South-east Asia.

Stealth Announces a Powerful Mini-PC LPC-480



Stealth Computer, announces the release of its newest, the most powerful mini-PC to date, codenamed LPC-480. The model features merely 25.15x14.5x4.19 mm dimensions, but it still manages to gladden all potential customers with a wide range of interfaces and the highest performance. LPC-480 is based on a mobile Intel Core i7-3610QE processor (Ivy Bridge) and comes with the integrated Intel HD Graphics 4000 graphics. The system logic is organized on Intel HM76 Express chipset.


Mini-PC Stealth LPC-480 is housed in a low-profile aluminum case. The frontal panel accommodates standard slots for the connection of headphones/microphone and four USB 3.0 ports. The rear panel is distinguished by the availability of RJ-45 port, a couple of COM ports, the same number of PS/2 and USB 2.0 ports, a linear audio output, DC-input, as well as video ports (VGA and DVI-D).
