Meet New Series of 120-/140-mm SilentWings 3 Fans from Be Quiet!

Be Quiet! announces the upcoming release of a new series of fans, entitled SilentWings 3. The lineup will consist of 4x 120-mm & 4x 140-mm items. All greenhorns are based on fluid dynamic bearing, estimated for 300.000 hours of foolproof operation. The fans employ either 3-pin or 4-pin power connectors and might run at 12V voltage index.

Be Quiet! SilentWings 3 items have a dual purpose: they can be used as system fans and as a part of CPU cooling. The 3-pin models come equipped with an adapter for the reduction of voltage from 12V to 7-5V; due to this, their noise level dwindles down to the minimal level. In contrast, the 4-pin solutions support PWM technology.

All models are fitted with a 3-phase 6-polar motor which ensures low power consumption & inconsiderable vibrations. Aerocool Preps Originally Illuminated DS 230 Chassis

Aerocool announces the DS 230 PC case. According to the manufacturer, it is going to win the hearts of customers by an off-beat illumination that operates in two modes: permanent light & breathing effect. The lighting system embraces several color schemes and several intensity modes. The middle-tower steel chassis itself is painted black. Its internal layout is intended for mini-ITX, micro-ATX as well as full-format ATX mainboards.

Aerocol DS 230 offers 7 expansion slots, a pair of 3.5 inch drive slots (undermount) & three 2.5 inch drive slots (side allocation). The maximal length of the supported graphics cards makes up 413 mm, whereas the maximal height of the CPU cooler should not exceed 170 mm. Radiator Deepcool with a frightening name is big and heavy, takes three adjacent PCI-E slots, and is expensive, but the efficiency is worth of consideration. About a year ago, the company Deepcool Industries Co., Ltd. released a cooler for graphics cards with high-sounding name Dracula.

The model has proved very successful, it stood out with very high level of efficiency and, most importantly, it is compatible with many video cards.
