Deepcool Industries Co. Ltd., a renowned Chinese developer of PC cooling solutions, is about to launch another top-notch chassis, codenamed Wave. This mini-tower model, featuring 387x175x353.5 mm dimensions, is supposed to accommodate micro-ATX systems. Despite a sleek design and enhanced functionality, entry-level customers will be able to acquire the new-comer for some $30-40.

Deepcool Wave is housed in a steel chassis (0.5 mm SECC) with plastic details. Its internal layout is predestined for two 5.25-inch drives, a triple of 3.5-inch drives and the same number of 2.5-inch drives. Expansion facilities are ensured by means of four PCI slots. There is enough space for the installation of 145-mm-high CPU cooler, 320-mm-long graphics cards, and ATX-compatible power supply unit.

Intel to Release Celeron Ivy Bridge Processors in 2013

CPUs designed under 22 nm technological process are present practically in all Intel product lines but for Intel Celeron and Intel Atom series. This situation is going to change in the first quarter of the coming year, when new Itel Atom Silvermount and Celeron processors of Ivy Bridge generation are going to be introduced. Celeron series will be represented by three models: G1610, G1610T and G1620; they will substitute the items developed under 32 nm process. MSI Announces Middle-End Graphics Card N770 TF 4GD5/OC

MSI announces one more representative of MSI Gaming series – a middle-end graphics solution, based on GeForce GTX 770 adapter. Codenamed N770 TF 4GD5/OC, the new-comer boasts an original design, the availability of factory overclocking, the implementation of a brand cooling system, called Twin Frozr IV, and high-quality Military Class IV components. This model is targeting those users who would like to equip their PC systems with up-dated, reliable and high-yield components.

MSI N770 TF 4GD5/OC takes GK104 chip as the basis of its operation. This chip is developed under 28 nm Kepler microarchitecture with 1536 CUDA cores. Clock frequencies in OC mode exceed those performed by the reference model and make up 1137 MHz in nominal mode, increasing to 1189 MHz on dynamic overclocking. GK104 is accompanied by 4 GB of GDDR5 memory with 256-bit interface; memory modules operate at 1752 MHz frequency in nominal mode and at 7010 MHz on overclocking.
