You've probably seen the modern TVs with dynamic backlight called Ambilight, developed by Philips. The essence of its work is to highlight the space behind the TV in different combinations of colours, depending on the events happening on the screen.

A new development called PaintPack is presented. This model is intended to implement the same idea as the technology of Ambilight, but allows to «light around» any computer monitor. A device called PaintPack is a simpler version in a small box with ten cable-trains, which have bright LEDs at the ends. These LEDs are placed evenly around the perimeter of the back of the monitor, and provide illumination in accordance with what is happening at the moment on the screen. Sapphire is about to launch a new series of gaming graphics cards, entitled Nitro. The family counts three models: Nitro R7 370 4G D5, Nitro R9 380 4G D5 and Nitro R9 390 8G D5. Sapphire Nitro videocards are distinguished by two major features. First of all, they employ a top-notch hardware base consisting of solid-state capacitors and Black Diamond ferrite chokes. Second of all, their cooling system boasts the implementation of a molten heatsink, supplemented by a new coating framework and a kit of fans, based on dual ball-bearings.
