Goodram Enters the Market with CX100 SSD Line

Wilk Electronic SA has just released a new line of solid-state drives under Goodram brand name. Entitled CX100, the drives are available in four capacities: 120 GB, 240 GB, 480 GB and 960 GB. All of them feature 7 mm depth and support 2.5-inch form-factor. Besides, they employ SATA III interface with 6 Gb/sec bandwidth. As far as pricing is concerned, the junior model (120 GB) costs 55 EUR, the two medium models – 84 EUR and 162 EUR respectively, while the senior one (960 GB) – 348 EUR.



The nominal delivery kit contains a dedicated adapter to fit 9.5 mm slots. These SSDs are known to support TRIM & SMART options as well as Garbage Collection technology. The latter protects the drive from the failure of power supply, optimizing the boot time and ensuring overall operational stability.

MSI has developed 5 different modifications of the latest Nvidia’s adapter entitled GeForce GTX 1060. All the models are based on GP106-300 GPU (Pascal/16 FinFet) with 1152 CUDA cores, 72 TMUs & 48 ROPs. PowerColor Develops Radeon HD 7850 with Passive Cooling System

PowerColor decided to rouse the curiosity of those customers who would like to enhance their gaming experience by total silence. In contrast to the majority of contemporary gaming graphics adapters which employ powerful, and not infrequently, noisy air-coolers, the new solution from PowerColor, model Radeon HD 7850 SCS3, employs noiseless passive cooling system. Unfortunately, the company does not unveil any data concerning an official presentation, release date or approximate price of the product.
