For a good while Deepcool has been known as a manufacturer of cooling solutions only. Nonetheless, the rising competition and the enlarging number of multi-segment companies, which specialize in several markets simultaneously, prompted Deepcool to expand its production line. It was well worth the effort. The lineup of PC cases is nowadays full of offers for customers with diverse tastes. Pangu, one of the latest company’s elaborations, is an evidence of many years’ experience and a touch of epoch’s needs. Greeting 6 New GTX 1080 Videocards from MSI

Unlike the majority of rivals which made it to introduce one or two graphics adapters based on the GeForce GTX 1080 GPU, MSI decided to cover all segments. The company launched six new videocards, based on the Nvidia’s latest development. Each model combines a one-off design with rich functional, allowing gamers of all kinds to find an uncompromising solution. The full list of items includes: GTX 1080 SEA HAWK, GTX 1080 Gaming X 8G, GTX Armor 8G, GTX 1080 Armor 8G OC, GTX 1080 Aero 8G, and GTX 1080 Aero 8G OC.

All new-comers take Nvidia GP104-400 GPU as the basis (Pascal, 16 nm). The core features 2560 CUDA, 160 TMUs & 64 ROPs. It operates at 1607-1708 MHz frequency (base) with the possibility to overclock up to 1733-1847 MHz frequency (dynamic). The cards employ GDDR5X memory (8 GB, 256-bit bus) which nominal clock frequency makes up 2502 -2527 MHz and efficient index achieves some stunning 10100-10108 MHz.

PowerColor Intros New Graphics Card with Fling Force Cooler

TUL Corporation, in the framework of its PowerColor brand, introduces a new graphics card with quite an original way of air cooling organization. The new-coming adapter, codenamed PowerColor Radeon HD 7850 Fling Force, employs 'two-storied' cooler of an unusual structure. Along with an aluminum heatsink, copper heat pipes, and a voluminous fan, the manufacturer implemented non-monolithic fan ribs. Their tips are fixed to the main part in a way to change their location relative to the plain of rotation.

On conditions of low rotational speed, tips of the ribs are located at approximately 80 degrees angle relative to the graphics card. On conditions of heightened speed, the ribs become more linear; this way, the impeller diameter enlarges from 92 mm to 95 mm. Such structural approach to the fan framework develops into an improved performance and air cooling effect.

The model is based on Pitcairn chip, developed on Graphics Core Next architecture under 28 nm technological …
