Netgear Unveils High-End ProSafe WC9500 Controller

Netgear, initially known as a designer of innovative network solutions, is about to launch a new controller for corporate WiFi networks. Entitled ProSafe WC9500, the product is targeting airport, stadium, hotel, business centers, and large enterprise computing systems. Netgear ProSafe WC9500 is an extended multifunctional device used for the organization of networks with a wireless access. It allows for operating with access points of 450 Mb/sec throughput (as in single so in dual band mode), supporting 802.11ac standard. This controller is an optimal choice for the management of networks with simultaneous connection of 36 thousand users at six hundred prime-quality access points.

It should be noted that this model supports Ufast protocol; the latter enables an instantaneous detection of new access points within the network.
