The Attractive ID-COOLING ICEKIMO 120W Liquid Cooling System

This time the well-known ID-COOLING company decided to attract customers not with high performance specifications, but with its new liquid cooling system’s original and extraordinary layout.

A heat dissipator, a pump, tubes and a fan with white backlighting are completely WHITE, which evoke associations with ice-cream, ice or snow.

The dimensions of the 14 channel aluminum heatsink are 154 × 120 × 27 mm. FPI number is 20.

An ID-12025M12S fan is of 120 × 120 × 25 standard size. Its max rotary speed is 700–1500 rpm, max air flow ratio is 62.0 cfm, max static pressure is 1.78 mm H2O and the noise level is 18.0–26.4 dBA. The power consumption is announced to be 3.0 W.

The dimensions of the copper microchannel water unit are the following: 68 × 68 × 35.6 mm. It is compatible with Intel LGA115(х)/1366/2011/2011-v3 and AMD Socket AM2(+)/AM3(+)/FM1/ FM12(+) platforms. The cooling agent is nontoxic and anticorrosive.

Zalman Debuts with Reserator 3 Max Dual Liquid Cooler

Zalman has officially launched a new liquid cooling system, Reserator 3 Max Dual, firstly introduced at CES 2014. It is peculiar by the support of all up-to-date CPU sockets for AMD and Intel platforms, as well as by outstanding performance. With the aim to enhance heat dissipation effect, the company supplements the model with a proprietary Zalman ZM-STG2M thermal grease.

Zalman Reserator 3 Max Dual consists of a waterblock with a copper base, two connecting hoses, two heatsinks, and a pair of 120 mm fans. The base of the waterblock boasts an improved framework; it has got a flanged coating that promotes for the acceleration of heat dissipation. Both heatsink sections are nickel-plated. The heatpipes implemented within their framework resemble a maze; this allows liquid to employ the maximal dispersion area.

The incorporated 120 mm fans are equipped with a long life bearing and a bright blue LED. Their operation is adjusted by means of PWM technology, so the rotational …

Fractal Design Define R5: Silent Chassis for Ambitious Systems

Fractal Design has recently added a new R5 model to its renowned Define series. The new-comer is targeting enthusiasts longing for high performance combined with silent operation. It is represented in two chassis modifications — with an acrylic side window ($119.99) and with a blind side panel ($109.99) – as well as in three color versions: white, black, and titanium. The case is ready to accommodate motherboards of nearly all formats (mini-ITX, micro-ATX, ATX) with the maximum of 7 expansion slots.

Featuring 531x462x232 mm dimensions, Fractal Design Define R5 offers a pair of 5.25-inch drive bays, eight 3.5-inch drive bays, and two 2.5-inch drive bays. Herein, if necessary, all of them might be removed to allow for the installation of long graphics cards (up to 310 mm), of high CPU coolers (up to 180 mm), and of varied heatspreaders. Besides, due to a well-elaborated framework, the drives can be fixed and removed without any tools.

To continue, this chassis boasts the …
