Philips 276E8FJAB Is a Multi-Purpose Domestic Device Featuring an Enhanced Colour Rendering

The latterly introduced Philips 276E8FJAB monitor is expected to be a multi-purpose device for domestic utilizing. An IPS panel lets this model render 132% of the sRGB palette and 114% of the NTSC colour gamut.



The 27-inch screen features the 2560 х 1440 pixels resolution, 178° viewing angles, the 1000:1 static contrast ratio and the 60 Hz refresh rate. W-LED backlighting ensures the 350 cd/m² brightness. Its modulation frequency is high enough to tire eyes as less as possible. The Flicker-free technology is an extra bonus. SmartContrast and SmartImage Lite functions allow users to modify colour options on a real time basis. The grey-to-grey response time is 4 ms.


Slim edges of the elegant Philips 276E8FJAB are glass covered; and the monitor stand offers an opportunity to adjust tilt. Other specs include VGA, DisplayPort 1.2 or HDMI 1.4 ports and 6 W stereo speakers.


The Philips 276E8FJAB display will come to sale in May 2017 at the ₴11 169 ($414) price.

The GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Graphics Card Has Much In Common With Titan X, but Holds More Elements

Several days ago Nvidia has introduced its most effective consumer graphics card, namely GeForce GTX 1080 Ti. It is GP102 GPU based and holds 3,584 CUDAs. This device resembles the Titan X sample. Its graphics engine is the same, however, the number of ROP units (96) is higher, the memory bus (384 bits) is wider, the memory volume (12 GB) is bigger, frequencies are higher, and the price is much lower!

Thus, the power subsystem has been refined due to the duplicated quantity of MOSFET transistors. Now it is possible to overclock the adapter to higher frequencies. GTX 1080 Ti has got nine extra solid capacitors. The absence of a DVI port provides more vents on the back panel.


In general, for public users this product almost copies the more expensive Titan X model and at the same time can be more productive in games.

Sapphire Offers an Alternative Radeon HD 7870 GHz Graphics Card

Sapphire Technology, a renowned supplier of graphics solutions, has added an alternative model of AMD Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition to its graphics cards model line. The new model is primarily notable by the integration of a two-slot Dual-X cooler that facilitated the process of entitling: Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 GHz Dual-X Edition. This cooler consists of a voluminous aluminum heatsink, a couple of large fans, and a few copper heat pipes which are covered by a plastic lid.



Graphics card Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 GHz Dual-X Edition is based on Pitcairn chip with 1280 current processors; it is developed under 28 nm technological process and Graphics Core Next architecture. The core is able to operate at the nominal 1000 MHz frequency. Blue printed circuit board is the heart of the adapter. PCB is designed particularly for PCI-e 3.0 x16 bus and houses 2GB of GDDR5 memory with 256-bit interface. The memory is capable to achieve the clock frequency of 4800 MHz.
