Cooler Master Gets Ready to Roll Out a Powerful V8 GTS Cooling System

Cooler Master is going to release V8 GTS CPU cooling system – the newest addition to V-series products. The model has got a spectacular design with a large heatsink block, two high-performance fans, and black plastic coverage. The overall cooler’s dimensions make up 154x149.8x166.5 mm. V8 GTS is differentiated also by a high compatibility with a range of CPU sockets, naming AMD AM2/AM2+, AM3/AM3+, FM2/FM1 and Intel LGA2011/1366/1156/1155/1150/775.



Unlike other air-coolers, an elaboration from Cooler Master can boast the availability of a vapor chamber in the framework. This chamber is known to spread heat much faster than heatpipes do and protects the CPU from overheating on heightened loading. Some manufacturers have already directed a part of their technological powers to the design of HDDs with 5 mm casings. Nevertheless, there appeared a couple of obstacles on their way: the necessity to stabilize data reading and writing activities, and increase of costs spent on drives' production. Not to lag behind other vendors the PowerColor company has presented a couple of Radeon RX 560 video cards. We should note that these cards utilize the renamed Polaris 11 GPU with 1024 active streaming processors. Thus, PowerColor has produced the Red Dragon Radeon RX 560 2GB GDDR5 OC, alongside with the Red Dragon Radeon RX 560 4GB GDDR5 OC samples, differing in the memory volume (which is observable from their names) and in the GPU frequency. The higher model’s Boost clock equals to 1,180 MHz, and the lower model’s rate is 1,288 MHz. The effective memory in both cases operates at 7,000 MHz.
