Team Group Delta RGB DDR4-3000 16GB Review of a Stylish Memory Kit

Introduction

Since 1997, the Taiwanese company Team Group Inc. is engaged in the producing of computer memory, in its arsenal — solid-state, industrial modules and memory cards, as well as flash drives.

The vast experience of production and development in this sphere allows producing interesting variants of operative memory, which are characterized by stability and reliability.

Packaging and Design

The memory kit is supplied in a plastic blister with a transparent front cover, which in turn is put in a colored cardboard cover with a handle for display layout. The cover design is made in dark colors with stripes of backlight flashes. In addition to the series name, there is a backlight on the front of the package. There is some more information written on the back cover.

Upon black PCBs, Team uses developed metal heat spreaders, which is shaped evenly from side to side, but the left has five angled grooves, and the right has a unique shape fitting the Delta R …

Apple iMac Pro Monoblock Overview

Apple has recently conducted the WWDC 2017 conference. The corporation introduced the latest devices and upgrades, one of which is the iMac Pro monoblock computer. This specialty is a professional solution, satisfying the greatest demands of highend users.

Key features

iMac Pro has the most impressive configuration among all Mac products. It obtained up to 42 MB of cash mem, 18(!) cores and 4.5 GHz in the Turbo Boost mode, thus, providing effective multithread data processing, as well as high single-threaded applications operational velocity. The Hyper Threading technology lets easily perform particle systems modelling and rendering (static and animated) in 2D and 3D.

The novelty by Apple got the 8/10/18 cores Intel Xeon CPU, Radeon Pro Vega graphics processor, which ensures frame overfrequency in VR apps, real-time 3D-rendering support and ultimate gaming adjustments. The HBM2 module has replaced external VRAM memory, so the data import speed is 400 GB/sec. The …

Graphics Adapter Gigabyte GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost with Modified Frequencies

Taking the lead from a number of Nvidia’s partners, Gigabyte has launched its own sample piece of GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost graphics adapter. It is differentiated primarily by modified GPU and memory frequencies, as well as by an improved PCB design. The latter employs Ultra Durable 2 technology that stipulates the implementation of high-quality hardware components, including ferrite chokes, solid-state capacitors, and Low RDS Mosfets transistors with reduced resistance on mode changes.

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost is based on GK106 GPU, developed under 28 nm technological process. Its nominal frequency has been increased from the reference 980 MHz to 1033 MHz, while its dynamic frequency has been changed from 1032 MHz to 1098 MHz. This graphics adapter is furnished with 1 GB of GDDR5 memory, which clock frequencies have been, vice versa, lowered: nominal index dropped from 1502 MHz to 1250 MHz, dynamic index dropped from 6008 MHz to 5000 MHz.
