As the device comes, you will find the double carton package: one box is black and white, and inside there is another one, made of brown carton. Additionally there is a flat box for the accessories. The company really cares about safe delivery of their products.
The package contains a set of fixations for installation on the Intel and AMD systems, clips for the fan, a small tube of thermal grease.
The manual is multilingual, but the info on the box is only in English.

The heatsink is large, and CRYORIG includes two fans and the fan clips for the third fan giving users a chance to improve cooling even further. Moreover, everything a user could need is included here. Two 140-mm fans, 25 mm thick each, are used to cool the massive heatsink.
Both sections of the heatsink were shifted back as far as possible not to interfere with the memory slots. And, if for the rear section the heat pipes had to be simply lengthened, then in the front they acquired an ornate bend. And all that is done only for getting a couple of centimeters in front.

The new “Air Air Air Acceleration” technology provides two sets of fins at different distance to increase the speed of airflow from heatsink.
