Galaxy Unveils the GTX 760 Gamer and the GTX 780 Ti HOF Graphics Cards

Galaxy Microsystems, an official partner of Nvidia, has just introduced a couple of proprietary graphics solutions based on Nvidia’s GeForce GTX 760 and GeForce GTX 780 Ti adapters. Codenamed GTX 760 Gamer and GeForce GTX 780 Ti HOF (Hall of Fame), both products are differentiated by a refined design, combined with unmatched performance.

Galaxy GTX 760 Gamer

This graphics card is attributed to the mid-end solutions. It is developed on Nvidia GK104-225-A2 chip (28 nm) that involves 1152 CUDA cores, 32 ROPs, and 96 TMUs. The GPU operates at 1086 MHz, although has the potential to rise up to 1150 MHz on overclocking. The card boasts the availability of 4 GB GDDR5 memory with 256-bit bus. Its effective clock memory makes up 6 GHz. Cooling process is realized by means of a voluminous cooler, supplemented by two 80 mm fans and a metallic shield.

Galaxy GeForce GTX 780 Ti HOF

This model is peculiar by an original white PCB and the implementation of factory overclocking. This card is based on GK110-425-B1 chip (Kepler architecture) and employs 2880 CUDA cores, 48 ROPs, and 240 TMUs. It runs at 1006 MHz frequency with an overclocking potential of 1058 MHz. Memory is represented by 3 GB GDDR5 modules with 384-bit bus. Power supply subsystem is configured according to 8+2-phase template; connection with the PSU is realized due to two 8-pin Power connectors.

External interface panel accommodates mini-HDMI port, Dual DVI-I port and Dual-DVI-D port. Under Galaxy testing, GeForce GTX 780 Ti HOF is 20% more efficient than etalon Nvidia’s adapter; thus, it approximates to the flagship showings of Nvidia’s GTX Titan.

To continue, this model is furnished with an offbeat three-slot cooler. It consists of a large aluminum heatsink, 8 mm copper heat-pipes, and a pair of 90 mm fans. In order to claim for the high-end segment solution, Galaxy made this card compatible with all advanced standards and technologies, including DirectX 11.1.
