Gigabyte Shows Off a Bespoke GTX 970 Graphics Card

Gigabyte has intrigued its fans by the design of an unusual videocard – the GeForce GTX 970 (GV-N970TTOC-4GD). It is based on Nvidia GM-204-200-A1 GPU (Maxwell) but with overclocked frequencies. The core operates at 1101 MHz/1241 MHz instead of etalon 1050 MHz/1178 MHz. The GPU is accompanied with 4 GB of GDDR5 memory (256-bit bus) that runs at 7010 MHz efficient clock frequency.



Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 is distinguished by the implementation of Twin Turbo Fan cooling system. It consists of three copper heatpipes with direct touch technology, an aluminum heatsink, and a radial-flow fan; the latter grasps air from both sides of the adapter due to the shortened PCB design.


As a result, the airflow increases by 24%, whereas the cooling effect enhances by 29%. Thanks to this, the card is thought to be an optimal solution for Nvidia SLI configurations.

At CES 2017 ASUS has announced its latest gaming desktop model – ROG GR8 II. In outward appearance this PC resembles a book. It is designed in black with gold and red accents. The product weighs about 4 kg and has the following dimensions: 299 × 88 × 281.3 mm.



The framework encloses a Core i7-7700 (3.6/4.2 GHz) CPU with the Hyper-Threading technology support and up to 65 W of heat dissipation or the Intel Core i7-6700, Core i5-7400 or Core i5-6400 CPU, a GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card with 3 GB of GDDR5 memory and popular VR-headsets compatibility.

SilverStone introduced a modular power supply Strider ST45SF-G form factor SFX

Power Supplies form factor SFX are usually positioned as solutions for office and HTPC systems, that is why its design is often monotonous. In this regard, a new block of SilverStone Strider ST45SF-G stands out from the competition with detachable cables in a nylon sheath and colored in black casing.



Despite its compact dimensions (125x100x63, 5 mm), power supply produces up to 450 watts of constant power at an efficiency of 88% to 92% in the networks of 230 V. It is noteworthy that the kit includes an adapter to install Strider ST45SF-G in the chassis type Mid-Tower (ATX).

De harde schijf-controller is een complex apparaat, een minicomputer met een eigen processor, een controle-chip, RAM en ROM, TV-opname en lezen van gegevens, de interface module en de positionering van het systeem. Het gaat meestal gepaard met een of twee microchips (in fysieke vorm), gesoldeerd op het Bord, en de uitvoering omzetten van de activiteiten in de gegevensstroom.

Veel moderne apparaten worden gekenmerkt door een verscheidenheid aan modi, waaronder DMATwee, UltraDMA en PIO. Om gebruik te kunnen maken van deze functies, is het aanbevolen dat u het downloaden van de driver voor de vaste schijf controllers.
