Without extra publicity Sapphire Technology has added a new variant of Radeon RX 550 Pulse video card to the list of up-to-date products. The specialty is remarkable due to its great number of streaming processors.As distinct from regular Radeon RX 550 models, built on the AMD Polaris 12 (Lexa Pro) chip, the Sapphire novelty utilizes the GPU Polaris 21 (Baffin XT) crippled version, known by virtue of Radeon RX 560 accelerators. Thus, the latest Radeon RX 550 Pulse features 640 SP instead of 512 as in case with typical samples. The ultimate GPU clock reaches 1,071 MHz.
The storage subsystem may be represented by 2 GB or 4 GB of GDDR5 memory with the 128-bit bus and the 6 GHz effective frequency. Biostar Microtech is going to release a new budget-oriented motherboard of mini-ITX form-factor. Codenamed Biostar A68I-450 Deluxe, it is peculiar by the employment of an onboard two-core hybrid processor – AMD 450D. The latter comprises two x86 Bobcat blocks, running at 1.65 GHz, and an in-built AMD Radeon HD 6320 graphics that is compatible with DirectX 11 standard. It should be noted that this CPU is cooled down thanks to a small-sized fan.
NZXT, a company known for the development of multifarious hardware products for gamers and PC enthusiasts, announced a new generation of chassis, supplementing Phantom series. The first model designed under new technologies is codenamed Phantom 820 and will go in Full-Tower form factor. The company promises that the new product will preserve 'gaming-like' external integration with futuristic design, transparent acrylic window with bright lighting, and angular casing lines.
