Shuttle Is Enriching Its Mini PCs Family with the NC03U Model

The Shuttle vendor is widening its product range with the NC03U mini PC, based on the Kaby Lake Intel CPU. To be specific, the novelty can be operated by the 7th generation Intel processors, from Celeron 3865U to Core i7-7500U, which are dual-core (15 W) chips aimed at notebooks and compact PCs.



The Shuttle specialty is able to hold up to 32 GB of DDR4-2133 MHz RAM. One 2.5-inch hard drive and one M.2 SSD drive can be installed for data storage. NC03U is produced without a discrete video card, however, the integrated graphics tech from Intel allows the system to play 4K video at 60 Hz.


This mini PC obtained such ports as HDMI, DisplayPort, RJ45, RS232, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, USB-C, alongside with wireless interface adaptors and a memory card slot. VESA mountings are also present. The Shuttle product’s dimensions are the following: 142 х 142 х 42 mm.

The 27-inch ProLite XB2779QQS Monitor by Iiyama

The Japanese electronics Iiyama company has replenished its displays model range with the ProLite XB2779QQS product, which demonstrates the fair combination of cost and performance data. The novelty is aimed at professional users, involved into websites design and media content creation.



The display is designed on the base of the 27-inch IPS panel with the 5120 x 2880 pixels resolution, featuring the 440 cd/m² max brightness, 1200:1 static contrast ratio, 60 Hz refresh rate and the 4 ms (GtG) response time. Viewing angles are quite typical for IPS panels and make 178° in horizontal and vertical directions.

 

One may utilize DisplayPort (x2) and HDMI (x3) ports to connect Iiyama ProLite XB2779QQS to the computer, however, only DisplayPort can be used for image output, while applying native resolution. The device is also supplied with 2 W stereospeakers and the 3.5 mm audio jack.
