SilverStone Technology, a Taiwanese designer of high-performance cooling systems and steel/aluminum chassis, is going to supplement its production line with a new PC case SG05-Lite that joined SilverStone Sugo series. An official release is scheduled for early May and the manufacturer has already unveiled the recommended price for the product: about €33. The case is developed in mini-ITX form-factor and features 276x222x176 mm dimensions. PC case SG05-Lite is made of stainless steel but for the frontal panel that is made of plastic. The model will be available in two color variations (totally black and totally white) and will be beneficial for the assembling of high-efficiency but small-sized systems. SilverStone has recently replenished its production lineup with a pair of new power supply units. Codenamed Strider Gold SST-ST75F-GS and SST85F-GS, the couple has entered the award-winning Strider Gold S series. As seen from the codenames, the units are estimated for 750 W and 850 W power correspondingly. Thanks to the incorporation of unprecedented features and some 90% efficiency, the products has picked up 80Plus Gold award.

The new-comer is primarily differentiated by the support for Flicker-Free technology that adjusts the brightness and eliminates screen flickering, thus reducing eye strain. The model features a thin frame which is called to visually boost the screen surface. The implemented stand allows for the adjustment of the display in various aspects.
