Wilk Electronic SA has just released a new line of solid-state drives under Goodram brand name. Entitled CX100, the drives are available in four capacities: 120 GB, 240 GB, 480 GB and 960 GB. All of them feature 7 mm depth and support 2.5-inch form-factor. Besides, they employ SATA III interface with 6 Gb/sec bandwidth. As far as pricing is concerned, the junior model (120 GB) costs 55 EUR, the two medium models – 84 EUR and 162 EUR respectively, while the senior one (960 GB) – 348 EUR.
Adata decided to change the concept of external hard drives by developing HDD with an extraordinary design. Instead of traditional approach to the design templates, the manufacturer used an unusual template with the purpose to attract the clients. Codenamed DashDrive HV610, this product employs multi-color removable panels with puzzle-like texture. In addition, these panels are called to solve the problem of cable management: they fix the USB cable (for the connection of HDD with PC) which is delivered in the nominal kit. 
One can hardly imagine a day without the news from the giant Google about its plans on development and upcoming acquirements. The company’s representatives have recently claimed about the initiation of the work on their new creation Google Project Glass. They also underlined that this project is of heightened importance for the company for the forthcoming future.
