About a month ago Apacer Technology announced the release of new DDR3 memory modules to replenish Armor series. Codenamed Apacer Armor DDR3, these modules are chiefly targeting overclockers and inveterate gamers who long for the high-speed performance in various environments. Good news for all Apacer's customers is that the release of these outstanding products is scheduled for the mid January, 2013.
The release of the 4th generation Intel Haswell processors made a real stir last week. This turmoil left the launch of several Intel Ivy Bridge processors practically unnoticed. ZOTAC ZBOX PI225 and ZOTAC ZBOX PI335 mini PCs represent a perfect combination of rather compact sizes and attractive price marks. Both devices are based on a 2-core 6 W Intel Celeron N3350 (2/2 x 1.1–2.4 GHz) processing unit of the Intel Apollo Lake series, equipped with the integrated Intel HD Graphics 500 graphics core. The volume of preinstalled LPDDR3 memory reaches 4 GB, and the eMMC drive capacity is 32 GB. Simultaneously one may use microSD card reader or external USB drives for expanding ROM.
