Along with the launch of new PC chassis, Cooler Master is ready to release new G-series power supply units. The series is introduced by three models – G500, G600 and G700 – with 500W, 600W and 700W power, respectively. All of them correspond to ATX12V v2.3 standard, support Active PFC option and a range of protection tools (from short circuit, overvoltage, current overload, power overload). Moreover, these units employ a dual EMI-filter and take benefit from a single 120 mm fan with automatic speed control functions.
Cooler Master G-series PSUs have been felicitated with 80Plus Bronze certificate, due to their high efficiency (approximately 85%) and an estimated mean time between failures of 100.000 hours. The two junior models, G500 and G600, are able to operate at 456W and 576W load, correspondingly, on +12V rail. Along with other AMD partners, PowerColor has elaborated its own version of Radeon R9 270 adapter. The PowerColor Radeon R9 270 OC is differentiated from rival products by an improved cooling system and factory overclocked frequencies.
