Codenamed Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition Toxic, the card is one of the first models to use the newest GPU, developed under 28 nm technological process. The suffix 'GHz Edition' in the model's name witnesses that the nominal GPU clock frequency exceeds the index of 1 GHz.
According to computational performance, the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti series graphics cards are ranked at the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 level, but their power consumption rate is lower compared to NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950.
