Dell, an acclaimed manufacturer of displays, laptops and other consumer electronics, announces the start of sales of its newest PC monitor, codenamed E2214H. The model features 22-inch display and is based on TN panel type with hard coating. The latter ensures the 1920x1080 Full HD output resolution and quite speedy array response time – 5 ms. Additionally, the product is equipped with a rear LED that stays on the guard of power consumption. The E2214H is already available in the Japanese market for a recommended price of about $170.

The relatively modest-looking product, according to producer’s statement, is equipped with a (18 +1 +1)-channel power supply system, high-performance cooler IceQ X2 and non-standard set of ports — four Mini DisplayPort, single DVI and HDMI. The technology AMD Eyefinity 6 is supported — simultaneous work with six monitors. Clock frequency speeds up model 1000/6000 MHz for core and memory respectively.
