Raijintek Introduces Three CPU Coolers for Budget-Oriented Customers

Raijintek, a newly-established hardware developer, puts on sale three CPU coolers, targeted primarily at budget-oriented customers. Along with bright codenames, — Erebos, Themis and Aidos — the triple received a bright design: a silver-like heatsink block, a white fan and a raspberry-red fan frame. Each model is able to efficiently cope with the cooling down of all systems with medium loading.

The first model, Raijintek Erebos, consists of a voluminous perforated heatsink block with thirty-four plates. The plates are pierced by six heatpipes (6 mm each) and are accompanied by a 140 mm fan (Aeolus). To say more, this cooler is appropriate for a passive cooling process, due to a large heatsink with perfect heat dissipation facilities. The model comes to the market at the price of € 34,90.

The next model, Raijintek Themis, also features a voluminous heatsink section. In combination with four U-shape copper heatpipes, this heatsink is able to provide for an effective …

The CR-301 RGB Cooler by Jonsbo Is Compatible with AMD and Intel Chipsets

The Jonsbo vendor has recently released the CR-301 RGB CPU Cooler, compatible with AMD and Intel chipsets. The solution can be used with AMD FM1, FM2, AM2, AM2+, AM3, AM3+ chips alongside with Intel LGA 775, 1155/1156/1150/1151 processors. The ultimate value of heat energy dissipated is not to overcome 135 W.

The construction of this product features a two-section heatsink, the fins of which are located at right angle to the base, and six heat pipes (6 mm in diameter).

Jonsbo supplied its specialty with two 120 mm PWM-controlled fans with the 600–1,600 rpm rotary velocity. In the meanwhile, the noise level does not overcome 25 dBA. The cooler obtained multi-coloured backlighting, offering various operation modes.

CR-301 RGB has the 128 × 138 × 135 mm dimensions and weighs 890 g.

Thermalright Unveils a Colossal HR-22 CPU Heatsinks

Thermalright, a top-ranked Taiwanese developer of cooling solutions, has recently unveiled its newest CPU heatsink, entitled HR-22. The new-comer features 120x150x159 mm dimensions and is peculiar by nearly ‘colossal’ cooling effect. The HR-22 is targeting all up-dated platforms with Intel LGA2011/LGA1366/LGA115x and AMD FM1/FM2/AM3/AM3+ sockets. The company promises to start the sales in the nearest future, though pricing is still unknown.

Thermalright HR-22 boasts a tower-like framework, consisting of a copper base, thirty-five aluminum plates, and eight nickel-plated heatpipes (6 mm each). The only hexagonal notch in the center is thought to simplify the heatsink installation.

All the plates contain rectangular holes that facilitate the airflow when used in passive mode. Such peculiarity is called Direct Passive Airflow System (DPAS). It not only provides for an efficient cooling and unimpeded airflow, it saves the users’ ears from noise: a powerful heatsink is …
