Synology, a renowned manufacturer of network solutions, has launched yet another NAS, tailored to business-oriented customers with thirst for a comprehensive data storage, synchronization and backup processes. The heart of DiskStation DS1515 is Annapurna Labs Alpine AL-314 platform with 1.4 GHz processor and 2 GB of DDR3 RAM. The greenhorn is equipped with a couple of USB 3.0 ports, a pair of eSATA ports, and a single 4-port gigabit Ethernet controller.
GameMax presented its new RGB line product for thrifty consumers, called RGB1050. This power supply features modular cabling, as well as LED-backlighting, and is able to endure the 1050 W load. The illumination is inactivated by default. One must push the “RGB Light” button to switch it on and adjust colouring. Images on the manufacturer’s web-site indicate, LEDs highlight the frame of the 140 mm fan and the GameMax logo on one of the side panels.
Contemporary PC monitors are generally based on two types of panels with their variations: TN and IPS. The choice of panel depends on the product's class and destination. However, there are some monitors that employ rather rare arrays, like WVA, which appeared long time ago and now emerge in the market with a bit modified technologies.
