Asus Announces ROG Poseidon GTX 780 Adapter with DirectCU H2O

Asus has officially introduced a new add-on to the GTX 780 graphics cards series – the ROG Poseidon GTX 780 (codename: Poseidon-GTX780-P-3GD5). The new-comer is initially differentiated by the incorporation of a hybrid DirectCU H2O cooling system, as well as of prime-quality components. The heart of the model is Nvidia GK110 GPU with 2304 CUDA cores. It operates at 1006 MHz. the GPU is accompanied by 3 GB of GDDR5 memory (384-bit bus), running at 1502 MHz (6008 MHz – efficient).



Asus ROG Poseidon GTX 780 employs a qualitative printed circuit board that boasts 10-phase Digi+ VRM digital power subsystem. Reliability of operation is ascribed to Black metallic solid-state capacitors, ferrite chokes with Super Alloy Power support, and classy transistors. They take care of the card’s lifespan, which, according to some reports, is five times longer than rival models feature.

The Latest Eisbaer Nonmaintained Cooling Systems Series from Alphacool Includes Six Products with 120/140/240/280/360/420 mm Heatsinks

Alphacool introduced its latest Eisbaer line of nonmaintained cooling systems for processors. This series offers six products differing in heatsinks’ dimensions (120/140/240/280/360/420 mm) and possessing one, two or three 120 or 140 mm fans. For higher productivity, all novelties are equipped with copper (not aluminium) radiators.



360 and 420 mm heatsinks may be regarded as overeffective for one CPU, that’s why the manufacturer supplied Eisbaer cooling systems tubes with a quick disconnect, allowing adding a water block for the Eiswolf GPX-Pro graphics card. The processor is chilled by a copper water block with the 50 х 50 mm base and a low-noise ceramic bearing pump, operating at 2,600 rpm and producing the 70 l/h coolant stream.

Zotac Replenishes Zbox Mini-PC Series with Haswell-Based Models

Zotac is glad to announce the release of three new mini-PC models that entered Zbox series. Entitled IQ01, ID91 and ID92, these PCs are equipped with Intel Core (Haswell generation) CPUs and are compatible with Windows 7/8 platforms. All three models support DirectX 11 technology with Shader Model 5.0 features; additionally, they support HDCP interface, Blu-ray 3D technology, video decoding options, and the creation of multi-screen configurations.



Zotac Zbox IQ01 features such specifications:

— CPU: Intel Core i7-4770T that runs at 2.5 GHz (3.7 GHz in Turbo mode);
