Shortly before the formal Computex 2017 event opening, the Asus Company presented several specialties, including the super-slim Designo MZ27AQ monitor.



Designo MZ27AQ obtained a frameless 27-inch IPS-panel with the 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution, covering 100% of sRGB colour gamut. The novelty from Asus supports TÜV Rheinland-approved Flicker-free and Low Blue Light techs to provide secure viewing and eye-care.


However, the key feature of this display is its high-performance inbuilt audio subsystem, which is the result of Harman Kardon professionals’ hard work. Two broadband speakers of overall 12 W capacity are integrated directly into the monitor, and a 5 W subwoofer for 2.1-channel audio is performed as an external module. Among interface options offered one can find two HDMI and one DisplayPort connectors.


At present, it is known that Designo MZ27AQ has got a 2017 Computex d&i Award. There is no info about the price, though.

Each new product developed by Thermalright gains particular attention from the part of professionals and average customers. This is explained by the fact that the company tried its hardest to reach the top of cooling systems segment.
