Gigabyte Releases GeForce GTX 680 (GV-N680WF5-2GD) Graphics Card

Last year Gigabyte released a flagship graphics card from Super Overclock series, entitled Gigabyte GeForce GTX 680 SOC (codename: GV-N680SO-2GD). The card was differentiated by the increased clock frequencies, as compared with the etalon model. These days the company has introduced one more representative from Super Overclock series – model GeForce GTX 680 (codename: GV-N680WF5-2GD). It differs from the predecessor by keeping the etalon GPU clock frequencies (1006 MHz – nominal and 1058 MHz – boost) and by optimizing memory clock frequencies (1550 MHz – nominal, 6200 MHz – effective).

Deepcool Aeolus Big Frost Presentation

Deepcool Industries, a renowned manufacturer of cooling systems, has officially announced the launch of its new dual-tower processor cooler Aeolus Big Frost. The prototype of this model has been already presented at Computex 2012 and is currently released as a ready-made product. This model is compatible with practically all CPU types available in the market from Intel and AMD manufacturers. In addition, it is able to support FM2/FM1 platform.



Deepcool Aeolus Big Frost is a simplified version of Assassin series. Despite this fact, the new cooler preserves the framework standards with dual-section radiators. ASRock, a Taiwanese manufacturer of motherboards, is eager to introduce its new elaboration – motherboard H87E-ITX/ac. The new-comer is designed in a compact mini-ITX form-factor and is destined for the creation of compact desktop systems. Chipset Intel H87 Express in combination with Intel Core (4th generation) LGA 1150 processors provide for utmost stability and high performance in the majority of working modes.



ASRock H87E-ITX/ac houses two slots for RAM memory modules of DDR3 type; the maximal volume of supported memory might achieve 32 GB. The board takes power by means of 24-pin ATX and 8-pin EPS connectors. Digi Power system, featuring DrMOS voltage regulators, allots four phases for providing power supply to the CPU.
