Samsung Intrоduces Far-reaching Vеrtical NAND Mеmory Sоlutіons

Samsung Electronics has annоunced new Vertical NAND mеmory solutiоns and technоlogy. These solutiоns will be at the fоrefront of enаbling today's most dаta-intensіve tasks such as high-performаnce computing, mаchine leаrning, real-time anаlytics and pаrallel cоmputing. Gyoyoung Jin clаims that their nеw highly advаnced V-NAND tеchnolоgies will оffer smarter solutions for grеater value by prоviding high data prоcessing spеeds, incrеased system scalаbility and ultra-low lаtency for the mоst demanding cloud-bаsed applicаtions.


Samsung has been wоrking to enаble 1Tb V-NAND chip cоre mеmory technologies to rеalize one tеrabit of capаcity on a single chіp using a V-NAND structure. The аrrival of a 1Tb V-NAND chip next yеar will enаble 2TB of memоry in a sіngle V-NAND packаge.

SilverStone Expands the Tundra Lineup with Two Liquid Coolers

SilverStone has entered the market with a pair of small-sized liquid coolers which replenished the lines of Tundra family. The TD02-Slim and TD03-Slim are targeting mini-ITX chassis, showing compatibility with the majority of modern platforms: AMD FM1, FM2, AM2/AM2+, AM3/AM3+, Intel LGA775, 115x, 2011, 2011-3, 1366. The new-comers will be available since late September at the price tag of about $73 & $96 (depending on the model).



SilverStone TD02-Slim features a sleek aluminum heatsink with 278x227x124 mm dimensions and a pair of fans, mounted side by side. At the same time, SilverStone TD03-Slim houses less voluminous heatsink (159x22x124 mm) and the fans are mounted on the different sides of the radiator.


The hardware also includes a large copper base for a more efficient heat dissipation, a pair of rubber hoses (310 mm in length) as well as a waterblock (39.2 mm in height) with an integrated pump. In addition, there is blue activity LED.

The New Fan from Antec – Rainbow 120 RGB – Will Be Available at the Price of 15 EUR

The range of Antec chassis fans has been widened by the Rainbow 120 RGB model. Its name suggests, that this product is of 120 mm typical size. LED backlighting of Rainbow 120 RGB renders up to 256 shades to produce dynamic effects or covers up to seven colours in the static mode. Moreover, the setup chosen by the user is supported after the PC switching off. The backlighting is adjusted just by pushing a little button.



The special blade configuration directs air flow to the outer side, thus increasing the static pressure level and enhancing the process of flows distribution inside the system unit. Fluid bearings extend the service life, and fan rubber pads at the places of mounting holes lower the vibration and noise level.


The top rotational speed of Rainbow 120 RGB is 1,200 rpm, and the air flow capacity equals to 1.2 m3/min. This device possesses a three-pin power supply connector and features the 12 V nominal voltage. The noise factor is not higher than 24.8 dBA.
