Storm Stryker and Storm Trooper Full-Tower PC Cases from Cooler Master Are Reborn to Become Trooper SE and Stryker SE

The Cooler Master Taiwan Company has reported availability of Full-Tower Stryker SE and Trooper SE PC cases, introduced during the CES 2018 exhibition. The novelties represent renovated versions of the Storm Stryker and Storm Trooper frameworks, released over 5 years ago.

 

Stryker SE and Trooper SE obtained the side panel out of tempered glass and differ mostly in their colouring. The Stryker SE model is performed in black and white, while Trooper SE is entirely black. These specialties offer enough place for the XL-ATX motherboard, nine expansion cards, ATX compatible power supply, a two-slot video card, being installed vertically, five 2.5” and two 3.5” drives, alongside with one 5.25-inch device. Acer Continues to Release Ready-Assembled PCs and Produces Aspire XC-730

A new product by Acer resembles a nettop in appearance. However, taking into account its 419.5 × 100 × 291.6 mm dimensions, we should not concern it to be of this type of devices. This is about Aspire XC-730, operated by the preinstalled Windows 10 Home (64-bit) OS.



The system is based on the 4-core Intel Apollo Lake Pentium J4205 processor with 1.5–2.6 GHz actual frequency. The Acer Aspire XC-730 features 2 MB of cache SM, DDR4/DDR3L RAM dual-channel controller and an Intel HD 505 graphics solution. The CPU cooling system is likely to be passive; and the side panel holes provide additional chilling of inner components without the need in extra fans. The volume of RAM memory equals to 4 GB, though, can be extended to 8 GB. The HDD capacity is 1 TB at 7,200 rpm.
