The Taiwanese company MSI has released a new video card N680GTX Twin Frozr 4GB, built on the basis of the reference PCB GeForce GTX 680 with double buffer memory GDDR5 and cooling system Twin Frozr III. The accelerator is available in standard and OC versions: one operates at frequencies of 1006 (1058) / 6008 MHz core (GPU Boost), and RAM chips, respectively, the second — in 1058 (1124) / 6008 MHz.Preset cooler consists of five nickel-plated copper heatpipes, copper base, a solid array of aluminum fins and two 80-mm fans designed with blades Propeller Blade. Several days are left till the official introduction of a new flagship motherboard from Intel, known as DZ87KLT-75K (Kinsley). The board is based on an overclocking Z87 Express chipset and employs 8-phase CPU power supply system. Memory subsystem is represented by four DIMM slots for DDR3 modules, while expansion facilities involve three PCIe 3.0 x16 slots, three PCIe 2.0 x1 slots, a single PCI and a single mini-PCI slot. Gigabyte has recently introduced a new motherboard intended specifically for the creation of budgetary entry-level systems. Codenamed Gigabyte GA-H61M-USB3H, the model is developed in micro-ATX form-factor and features 226x174 mm dimensions. Chipset Intel H61 Express secures all key functions of the board, while the support of Socket LGA1155 empowers the incorporation of CPUs based on Intel Ivy Bridge and Intel Sandy Bridge architecture.
