Corsair, a multi-profile American company, starts shipping new high-end PSUs of HXi series. The series currently combines three models with a totally modular design and the employment of Japanese electrolytic capacitors. Corsair HXi 750 W, Corsair HXi 850 W and Corsair HXi 1000 W models are distinguished by the highest efficiency of 91% that results in the conferment of 80Plus Platinum certificate.

The developments in this sphere allowed manufacturers to deliver enclosures of mid-tower and small-tower form factor even for the creation of high-end systems. Hence, NZXT company, that previously attracted the public by full-tower gamers enclosure, has designed spacious midi-tower chassis Phantom 410. This model is distinguished by the possibility to install full-size components despite the compact dimensions.
The Corsair company declared a release of a new PC framework, called Carbide SPEC-04 Tempered Glass. The difference between this chassis and its reference model lies in the side panel, made out of tempered glass.
