Biostar Intros a New Affordable Motherboard Hi-Fi A75S3

Biostar starts the sale campaign of its new motherboard model codenamed Hi-Fi A75S3, which belongs to PURO Hi-Fi flagship line. It is developed in micro-ATX form-factor and is based on AMD A75 system logics. The board supports all contemporary AMD CPUs that are compatible with FM2 socket, including the series A10, A8, A6, E2, A4, and Athlon II X4 (all with TDP level not more than 100W). The new model is targeted to operate under Windows OS (versions XP, 7, Vista and 8).



Motherboard Hi-Fi A75S3 houses two DIMM slots for a two-channel DDR3 memory that is estimated to work at 800MHz, 1066MHz, 1333MHz, 1600MHz, and 1866 MHz frequency. The overall volume of the integrated memory might achieve 32GB. The model employs GPU of Direct X11 class that secures efficient performance in the majority of updated 3D games and applications. The Streacom F12C Optical PC Case Encloses Up to 24 Storing Devices and an Optical Drive

The F12C Optical Chassis joined the Streacom F12C Series. This sandblasted anodized product is manufactured out of 4 mm aluminium in two colour versions – black and silver. Possessing the 440 x 320 x 184 mm dimensions, the framework weighs 4.4 kg.



F12C Optical allows to fit in an ATX, mini-ITX or mATX motherboard and up to seven 310 mm expansion cards. Simultaneously, the ATX board can be accompanied by five 3.5-inch and two 2.5-inch drives, and the mini-ITX card – by twelve 3.5-inch or twenty-four 2.5-inch drives. The specialty offers enough room for a 135 mm CPU cooler, an ATX power supply unit of any length, as well as for 80, 92, 120 and 140 mm fans.


The key specification is an opportunity to mount a 12.7 mm slot load optical drive. The front interface panel features a pair of USB 3.0 ports and an infrared sensor window, however, the supply kit doesn’t contain an IR detector.

The Specialty by Nvidia Is Built on the GV100 GPU and Possesses an NVLink Interface

Just a year ago enthusiasts got a chance to try out the Quadro GP100 graphics accelerator. And already today they are ready to meet its successor – Quadro GV 100, belonging to the designated Nvidia graphics adapters family.

 

As one may see from its name, the product relies on the 12 nm GV100 graphics processing unit, based on the Volta architecture. Nvidia Quadro GV100 utilizes 5,120 CUDAs, 640 Tensor cores (intended for deep learning and AI-related tasks completion), and the memory bus of 4,096 lines, interacting with 32 GB of HBM2 RAM. The level of raw computational power reaches 14.8 tera floating point operations per second.

 

The graphics card is chilled by a two-slot cooler with a radial fan, while the rated TDP is 250 W. A supplementary power supply may be linked via 8- and 6-pin PCI-E Power interfaces. Besides, there are four DisplayPort 1.4 video outputs at the rear panel of this device.
