AMD has replenished its product line with a new hybrid processor with appreciably low power consumption. G-T16R belongs to the Embedded G-Series line and is a part of AMD Brazos 2.0 platform. The company has managed to design its hybrid processor in a way to make it more saving than any other product of the same line. Thus, the average power consumption level equals to 2.3 W with Thermal Design Profile (TDP) of 4.5 W. Despite such low-power index, G-T16R is able to secure high performance showings which exceed the showings of the predecessor Geode LX three times as much.
