NZXT Source 530: a Spacious Chassis for Ardent Gamers

NZXT has just announced the release of a new PC chassis for gamers, entitled Source 530. The model belongs to NZXT’s Classic series and is designed in a Full-Tower form-factor, featuring 507x235x510.5 mm dimensions. The case is made of steel with an aluminum finish and a black paint. In accordance with the manufacturer, the chassis is ideal for a mighty gaming platform, due to a spacious internal layout and optimal airflow.



NZXT Source 530 supports various motherboards, including standard ATX, mini-ITX, micro-ATX, and E-ATX ones. The frontal facet cannot boast the variety of inputs/outputs (a couple of USB 3.0 ports and the same number of audio slots), although its internal layout strikes by rich facilities. Thereby, the model boasts the availability of three external racks for 5.25-inch drives and six internal racks for 3.5/2.5-inch drives, which are characterized by tool-free fixture. Radeon RX 560 Aero ITX 2G OC and Radeon RX 560 Aero ITX 4G OC are Based on Short PC-Boards and Fit for Compact Cases

Recently the MSI Company has added two new graphics cards to its products range. These are the Radeon RX 560 Aero ITX 2G OC and the Radeon RX 560 Aero ITX 4G OC models. Having much in common, they differ in the memory volume only.



The MSI cards GPU features the 1,295 MHz boost clock, which is 20 MHz higher comparing to the recommended value. Memory operates at the standard 7,000 MHz frequency.


We should highlight, though, that MSI samples are constructed on the base of short printed-circuit boards of 155 mm length, which allow to install them into compact PC cases. The cooling system is not very complicated. It consists of a modest-sized cooler with an aluminium heatsink and a single fan. MSI specialties do not require additional power supply.


Radeon RX 560 Aero ITX 2G OC and the Radeon RX 560 Aero ITX 4G OC have a default interfaces set, represented by such ports as DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort.

A Low-profile SilverStone NT08-115XP Cooling System

Nowadays compact systems are becoming more widespread, thus increasing the popularity of low-profile cooling systems. Specifically for such systems, the SilverStone Company has designed a low-profile air cooling system under the NT08-115XP codename.



NT08-115XP is announced to be an alternative to a standard cooler out of the CPU supply kit. The manufacturer states, that this cooling system is able to disseminate up to 65 W of heat, so it’s not effective enough to chill down powerfull CPUs.


The dimensions of the SilverStone NT08-115XP cooling system are the following: 101 x 101 x 33 mm. It possesses an aluminum heatsink with a copper center hub. The rotary speed of the 80 mm fan (10 mm thick) is in the range of 1200–3400 rpm, producing an air flow of 5.64–15.98 CFM (9.58–27.15 m3/hr) and a noise level of 16.5–28.98 dBA.


This specialty is compatible with Intel LGA 115x sockets only.
