AOC comes out to the market with a new striking PC monitor – the Q2778VQE. This 27-inch model offers a good balance of viewing area and functional possibilities. The integration of a high-quality TN panel ensures the maximal resolution of 2560x1440 pixels at the maximal brightness of 350 cd/m2. Besides, 1 ms response time promotes for the ultimate accuracy in dynamic scenes; this is called to gladden fans of action gaming and FPS apps.
AOC Q2278VQE features 170/160 (H/V) viewing angles at 16:9 aspect ratio. Its static contrast makes up 1000:1, while dynamic one – 80 M:1. The display is able to represent up to 16.7 million colors. Connectivity options are introduced by four video interfaces: DisplayPort, HDMI, D-Sub, and DVI. In active mode the monitor consumes up to 45 W power, however, the implementation of Eco mode with a brand e-Saver function helps in reducing power consumption index.
The new-comer shows compatibility with EPEAT Silver, TCO 6.0 and Energy Star 6.0 standards. In order to ensure stable functionality, the manufacturer backs the display with a 3-year’s limited warranty. Pricing is set at about $450.
