Buffalo Technology, a Japanese manufacturer of all innovatory storage devices and network solutions, showcases a new external hard drive, codenamed HD-GDU3, within the boundaries of DriveStation series. The new drive is housed in a black casing, featuring 45x126x202 mm dimensions. The model is known to have three capacity variations and, correspondingly, three different models: HD-GD1.0U3 (1TB), HD-GD2.0U3 (2TB) and HD-GD3.0U3 (3TB). 
Silicon Power Computer & Communications is about to kick off with the newest stress-proof external drive, entitled Armor A85M. The model, targeting Mac users, features 132.5x92.3x25.9 mm dimensions and completely complies with MIL-STD 810G Method 516.6 Procedure IV standard. It also enjoys IP68 protection rating. During the Computex 2017 exhibition ASUS presented its latest gaming G11DF PC, based on the flagship 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 1800X processor (Zen microarchitecture with the AMD B350 system logic). This is the first ASUS desktop, built on the Ryzen platform.Customers can choose between configurations with AMD or NVIDIA GPUs, including NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 and AMD Radeon RX 480 models. Ultimate RAM DDR4-2400 memory capacity is 32 GB. As a storage device one can use a 3 TB HDD or a 512 GB M.2 PCIe SSD.
In its basic configuration, G11DF features a gigabit Ethernet port; however, optionally one can obtain models with extra Wi-Fi 802.11ac wireless connectivity support. The front panel contains two USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-A and two USB 2.0 ports. The back side has a USB 3.0 Type-C, four USB 3.0 Type-A and two USB 2.0 ports.
