Dell is about to launch a pair of monitors targeting office PC systems as well as standard home multimedia systems. The P2417H (24-inch display) and the P2717H (27-inch display) are fitted with a high-quality IPS panel with an integrated LED backlight. Both models feature 16:9 aspect ratio and Full HD resolution – 1920x1080 pixels.



The implemented array offers 6 ms response time in GtG environment. The top brightness index makes up 250 & 300 cd/m2 respectively. Both new-comers share the widest possible viewing angles (178/178 degrees) and are able to display up to 16.7 million colors. A new gaming chassis has replenished the line of PC hardware developed by Chieftec. Codenamed Dragon DX-02B, the model is designed in midi-tower form-factor and can accommodate motherboards of ATX, micro-ATX and e-ATX standard. Internal layout is predestined for the installation of eight expansion slots, and six internal bays for drives which have an access from the frontal panel. Two of those bays support hot swapping option. Besides, the casing contains four bays for 5.25-inch drives.



Dragon DX-02B is able to house graphics cards of up to 34 cm in length. It should be mentioned that one of 5.25-inch bays might be employed for the integration of 3.5-inch drive (external panel or card reader).The model supports power supply units of ATX 2.3/PS II standard, the place for which is stipulated on the chassis' base. IEI has replenished its line of products with a motherboard series intended for application in small-type home PCs due to the implemented mini-ITX form-factor. All previous products of this manufacturer were basically oriented on the enterprise sector, however IEI decided to widen its facilities by developing quite new motherboards for home use.
